At Bluefin SUP, we stand by the quality of our paddleboards and offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you have the best experience on the water. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gear in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack your SUP and all included accessories back into the original box, ensuring the board is clean, dry, and securely fastened.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
